The Fourth of July

Fourth of July was another weekend camping at Lewis and Clark in Yankton, SD. We camped with Brian Jen and Caden; Moose Leah and Lydia; and also uncle Michael, Aunt Jessica, and cousins Addie and Paxton.

Today was my 12 week appointment and the beginning of our announcement to everyone that we are expecting. Scott wants to wait to find out if we are having a boy or a girl. I am willing to give it a try, but not sure I will be able to wait!!

Our New Camper

We bought a camper and went camping for the very first time in it this weekend at Jellystone park in Sioux Falls with our friends Moose, Leah and Lydia. We stayed close to home as a trial run to make sure we had everything, and to make sure everything worked. We forgot our pillows, a fan (which we need to sleep), and garbage bags. Nothing major, but since they were just a few miles away we ran home and grabbed them. Audrina made "Nemo" out of a wooden spoon at the kids' craft time and jumped on the huge bouncy pillow. The weekend was freezing cold, so we spent a lot of time in the camper. Other than that, it was a good first weekend camping.

The Circus

We went to the circus tonight. Audrina LOVED the elephants and the tigers. There was a lot of acrobatics and other stuff that she wasn't interrested in at all. We made it until just before intermission (which was about 1.5 hrs) when Audrina said, "I wanna go home mommy." So we packed up and came home. The circus wasn't all we thought it was going to be...
